Our new concept, Kumi, is an ode to our Grandma (we call her 'Ama') and the love she shared through her food. Inspired by the meals that came from her kitchen, Kumi is all about what Taiwanese food is meant to be - comforting and nourishing but bursting with flavor and texture. It's about going back to our roots and sharing our memories with you.
